We offer a fixed fee initial discussion at a reduced rate. This is a meeting of up to 1 hour, by telephone, video call or face-to-face at our offices which we offer for a reduced rate of £250 plus vat (our hourly rate is normally £300 plus vat).

During this meeting we will provide you with general advice about your situation and your options, to enable you to make an informed decision about how to proceed. We will send you a short questionnaire in advance of the meeting to provide us with more information, so as to make best use of the time.

You will be speaking with a highly experienced, specialist in family law. Your contact and the discussion is of course confidential and you have no obligation to take matters further with us after the meeting.

You don’t have to instruct us to deal with everything for you, you can just contact us for ad hoc legal advice or representation in court and deal with the rest of your case yourself, if you are able to do so, which can minimise your overall fees.

Or if you prefer, we can support you with a professional and seamless personal service from start to finish, dealing with all aspects of your matter so you have no need to contact or communicate with the other party or their lawyers.
